Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
As all Deme by Gabriella pieces are made to order and shipped internationally, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This policy is in place due to the significant shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import charges, and clearance fees associated with international returns. As a result, all sales are considered final.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, size charts, and measurements carefully before placing an order.
Custom & Standard Sizes
All orders, whether placed in a standard size or custom size, are produced specifically upon order and are therefore not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
Altered Outfits
Any outfit that has been altered is not eligible for exchange.
Should you require alterations, we are happy to assist wherever possible. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the one-way shipping cost associated with sending the garment back to us for alterations.

Cancellation Policy
As a made-to-order brand, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, we do not offer cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of every order, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds will not be provided for shipping delays caused by third-party logistics providers or external factors.
