Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all orders within India and internationally.
As a made-to-order brand, orders are typically delivered within 8–10 business days from the date of purchase. All shipments are sent via our trusted courier partner, DHL Express.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email to monitor your shipment's progress.
Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be impacted by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays. While we always strive to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to accept responsibility for delays caused by such external circumstances.
Import Duties & Taxes:
Any Import duties & taxes applicable will be borne by the customer and Deme by Gabriella will not be responsible for it.
Refunds/Returns:
> As all outfits are made to order and international returns are subject to significant shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import charges, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
> Altered outfits are not eligible for exchange.
> If you'd like an outfit altered, the one-way shipping cost to us will need to be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy:
> As a made-to-order brand, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, we do not offer cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
