Altered Outfits: Once an outfit has been altered, it cannot be exchanged. Alterations are a custom service, and any requests for changes after purchase are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if you require alterations, we are happy to assist you, and please note that the customer is responsible for the one-way shipping costs associated with sending the outfit back to us for any necessary adjustments.
