As every Deme by Gabriella piece is made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. All orders are considered final once confirmed.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for standard or custom-size orders.
This policy is in place due to the nature of our made-to-order production and the significant shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import charges, and clearance fees associated with international returns.
We strongly encourage you to review the product description, size chart, measurements, and all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
CUSTOM & STANDARD SIZES
All orders, whether placed in a standard or custom size, are produced specifically for you once your order is placed. As a result, they are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
ALTERED OUTFITS
Any outfit that has been altered is not eligible for return or exchange.
If you require alterations, we are happy to assist wherever possible. Please note that the customer is responsible for the one-way shipping cost associated with sending the garment back to us for alterations.
