Can I change or cancel my order?
All Deme pieces are made to order and begin processing immediately after purchase. For this reason, we’re unable to accommodate order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming.
What if my order arrives faulty or incorrect?
We’re sorry to hear this. Please reach out to our Customer Care team for personalised assistance. When contacting us, kindly include your order number so we can resolve the matter promptly.
SHIPPING
What are your processing and delivery timelines?
Processing times vary by product:
• Ready-to-ship styles are dispatched within 2 business days
• Made-to-order styles require 7–10 business days for processing
Each order is carefully hand-picked and packed. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, followed by a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Transit timelines
• Within India: 2–4 business days
• International orders: 3–5 business
Please note that shipping timelines may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays or weather conditions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide using express delivery services.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer complimentary express shipping worldwide.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Any applicable charges are determined by local authorities and collected directly by the courier at the time of delivery. These charges vary depending on destination and order value.
RETURNS & ALTERATIONS
Do you offer returns?
As all Deme pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, for domestic orders, we’re happy to assist with alterations to ensure the perfect fit.

Can I return my product?
Returns are not available, as each piece is custom made upon order. For domestic customers, we offer alteration support where possible. If you have questions regarding sizing or fit before placing an order, our team is happy to assist.
Do you offer customisation?
Yes, most of our styles can be customised for size and, in select cases, colour. Please reach out prior to placing your order for guidance.
Do you provide alterations?
We offer alteration support for domestic orders. Kindly note that one-way shipping costs for alterations are to be borne by the customer.

Studio hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
We remain closed on public holidays. Appointments are not required.
