        Yes, we do offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us. It will go through quality control process. And after that you can place a new order via our online store.

            Your order will be shipped in 5-10 days. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration.

            All Deme orders are hand picked and packed with love. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.

                Within India: Delivery is between 5-10 business days within India

               Outside India: Delivery is between 10-15 business days and is fully traceable once shipped.

                 Yes! Domestic orders are all sent with FedEx, Ecom express, Merchant courier service as a reputable shipping agency. For international orders, we offer delivery with DHL, FedEx, Aramex courier service as a reputable shipping agency.
