Orders:

> Can I change or cancel my order?

        In case of requests for order cancellations, we regret to inform you that we do not accept cancellations for any reason. All orders are accepted immediately upon placement, and as such, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been placed and accepted. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

 > What if I received my order and is faulty or incorrect?

       We are sincerely apologetic that there is a concern with your order. Please contact our Customer Care for personalized support. (Please quote your order number with your inquiry)

 >Do you offer exchange?

        Yes, we do offer exchanges only on certain occasions, so if you would like another size/style you can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us. It will go through quality control process. And after that you can place a new order via our online store.

Shipping:

 >What are your processing and delivery times?

            Your order will be shipped in 5-7 days. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration.

            All Deme orders are hand picked and packed with love. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.

                Within India: Delivery is between 5-7 business days within India

               Outside India: Delivery is between 7-10 business days and is fully traceable once shipped. Early deliveries can be accommodated if we're informed via WhatsApp or Email.

Please note that shipping timelines may be affected by public holidays or weather conditions, which are beyond our control. In such cases of delays, we regret that we cannot take responsibility.

 > Do you send orders express worldwide?

                 Yes! Domestic orders are all sent with FedEx, Ecom express, Merchant courier service as a reputable shipping agency. For international orders, we offer delivery with DHL, FedEx, Aramex courier service as a reputable shipping agency.

> How much will ship cost?

         We take satisfaction in providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping and thus offer express as our standard preferred method with our reputable delivery services.

         - India:  Shipping if free within India

         - Outside India: INR 4500 would be the standard shipping charges

> Do I need to pay Custom/Import Duties & Taxes?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to..

>Do you offer returns?

Every order with deme is 'made to order', we do not offer returns, however we are always happy to help you with all the necessary alterations required. Please contact on +91-9920878487 for the same.

> Can I return my products?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products. All the orders are made to order, i.e. when we receive an order, the outfit is custom made for the client, so returns on the same are not available. however, we are always here to help with all the alterations required. > Can I get my product personalised?

     Yes most of our products are available for customisation.
